📍 Location: Gardermoen Airport, Oslo
📆 Position: 75% temporary
⏰ Shift Work: Early mornings, late evenings and weekends.

As a Passenger Service Agent your job is to ensure passengers get checked in, make it through security, and board their flights seamlessly. Some of your tasks include:

  • Verify passengers’ tickets, identification, and travel documents.
  • Assist with processing and handling oversized or lost baggage.

  • Assist in handling delays, cancellations, and rerouting, ensuring passengers receive timely updates and support.

  • Act as a link between the check-in desk and the gate, ensuring all documentation and passenger requirements are met for on-time departures.

To work at an airport you need a clean criminal record

In addition to this, to be a eligible candidate you must qualify for the mandatory Norwegian CAA check which requires:

  • That you have lived within the EU/EAA consecutively for the past five years
  • That you can documentation for what you have been doing the past five years (Education, employments)
  • That you can provide a translated Police Certificate from all countries you have lived in the past five years.
