📍 Location: Gardermoen Airport, Oslo
📆 Position: 100% Permanent
⏰ Shift Work: Early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays (because the sky never sleeps!)
The Role
As a Passenger Service Agent, you’ll be the friendly face that travelers see first. Your mission? To ensure passengers get checked in, make it through security, and board their flights seamlessly—whether they’re off to a sunny vacation, a crucial business meeting, or a long-awaited family reunion.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
Comfortable using computer systems (we’ll train you on airline-specific ones).
Customer service experience – retail, hospitality, aviation, or tourism background is a big plus!
Fluent in English or a Scandinavian language
Physically fit – standing for long periods is part of the gig.
A clean criminal record
(Required to work at an airport)
Passing the Norwegian CAA (read more below)

To work at an airport you need a clean criminal record
In addition to this, to be a eligible candidate you must qualify for the mandatory Norwegian CAA check which requires:
- That you have lived within the EU/EAA consecutively for the past five years
- That you can documentation for what you have been doing the past five years (Education, employments)
- That you can provide a translated Police Certificate from all countries you have lived in the past five years.
